Our founding team is comprised of leaders who have decades of experience working in large and small enterprises alike. Most of us have worked together in the past, several of which have been at startups, and a few of whom are known worldwide as subject matter experts in their particular domains. We have written books and blogs, and we’ve gone viral on social media. We’ve worked in the private and public sectors, and we are a team that is distributed across the globe physically but united by our shared purpose daily.

Our story began with a question that has been on my mind for years:
What if the future of AI wasn’t just about machines getting smarter, but about helping people unlock the full potential of their knowledge and creativity?
As someone who’s spent years working with technology, I saw firsthand how powerful AI can be, but I also saw something else: a disconnect.
While AI was advancing rapidly, much of the wisdom and expertise that people have accumulated over their careers remained largely untapped. I realized that there was a huge opportunity to change that—to create a platform where human intelligence and AI could work together in harmony.
That's how iSPAI came to life.
I wanted to build a place where we could democratize knowledge, where every individual, no matter their background, could contribute their expertise and gain access to the best tools to help them thrive in an AI-driven world.
The goal was clear: empower people to take control of their own growth, while helping enterprises leverage the collective wisdom of the workforce for better decision-making and innovation. We’re not just building another AI platform—we’re creating a marketplace for knowledge, where the real value comes from the expertise of people. We’re putting the wisdom of the workforce at the core of AI, ensuring that humans remain central to the technological advances we’re making.
